Safety and Welfare
Trinity University views the safety and welfare of employees, students, and visitors as integral to carrying out the educational mission of the institution. 

Federal, state, and local regulations
The University will comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and document comprehensive plans and develop policies, guidelines, and programs to ensure the continuing safety of our community. 

Principles and procedures
Administrative and supervisory personnel are responsible for the incorporation of safety principles and procedures in their employee orientation program and daily operations, and they shall coordinate their activities with the Director of Environmental Health and Safety.

Personal Accountability
Each member of the faculty, staff, and student body is responsible for carrying out and participating in the university’s safety programs to help prevent accidents and injuries.
